The first of long pointed shaft, finely incised to one side with a dragon pursuing a flaming pearl, the other side with leafy tendrils issuing blooms, with an inscription China, mounted with a carved celadon jade belt hook terminating in a dragon head the second in the form of a sword, cast with a diaper pattern containing trefoils the third a glass mirror with a lacquered wood frame carved in openwork with a foliate design, applied on the reverse with a carved peony spray over a lacquered relief-carved geometric roundel, the handle with an aperture suspending a carved wood mythical animal.
Length of the mirror: 12 inches (30.5 cm).
