Of hexagon form with flaring sides rising to a flat rim encircling a concave grinding surface, each sides molded with a lion mask within a trifoil frame, covered overall with a creamy ivory glaze pooling in characteristic tear-drops on the exterior, the interior base unglazed revealing the white stoneware body.
