Possibly Ming Dynasty.
The flaring sides resting on a flat base rising to an everted rim, the interior decorated a ruyi collar surrounded with concentric rings of stylized scroll with bright florets, scrolling lotus and Buddhist emblems, all against a yellow ground, further decorated on the exterior and base with additional shou characters on the side.
Approximate diameter, 5 1/4 inches.
