Antique Published Akha Tribe Childs Headdress, Circa 1920

Hand woven, hand embroidered black, green, white, blue and yellow Akha textile embellished with tiny white seeds white metal disks, three vertically to each side. Each of the disks depict classic Thai imagery of a dragon decorated in half circle round hand-hammered silver studs a tiny white metal bell yellow, white, red, blue and green trade seed beads a yellow plastic banana key chain white seed edging on 10 red textile streamers that terminate in multi-colored pom-pom balls five steamers of dyed red animal hair that terminate in multi-colored pom pom balls two tufts of dyed red and white animal hair in the center of the crown and a 1 Baht Thai coin depicting the image of a Thai king on a black metal stand.

Approximate dimensions not including the stand: 7 inches high x 6 3/4 inches diameter..
