The circular domed cover brightly decorated with a central medallion painted with boys at play in an garden setting, further painted around the exterior with stylized floral scroll reserved on a yellow ground, the box similarly decorated the base and interior glazed turquoise with a seal mark in iron red.

Condition: In overall good condition, when examined under black light there are some areas of filler in painting. The signature does not glow and the board looks to be completely in tact with no visible abrasions or areas of missing paint. 1/2 inch abrasion in the sky upper left quadrant. Would benefit from a light cleaning. Markings to the frame throughout.
