The top section with a three glazed door cabinet, red upholstered shelving and interior the base with two drawers, three single door cabinets, and a shelf space the piece carved in the manner of Henri II. Approximate dimensions: 106 high x 75 wide x 25 inches deep.. Condition: Minor surface wear throughout. Minor loss to crown carving, and several other pieces. Horizontal crack across the base with fill-in.

19th century. White marble top, over the carved rosewood frame with single drawer, on casters. Approximate dimensions: 30 1/2 high x 47 1/4 wide x 19 inches deep.. Condition: Staining and wear to the marble top. The frame with minor wear overall. Alexandre Roux (1813-1886). Born and trained in France, Roux emigrated to New York in the 1830s and by the 1850s, his workshop employed over 100 men. His style of Rococo Revival was particularly popular in New Orleans, as being well suited in Franco American taste.
