19th Century Naga Head Hunter Warriors Sea Shell Beaded Necklace

Circa 1890.
The shell decorated in incised circular patterns with black incised circles in the center of each incision on the shell approximately a 30 inch long strand of yellow, white, and blue padre glass trade beads and 2 hand-cut larger black glass trade beads terminate the piece at the collar.

Two Chinese Pottery Items

The first, a conical bowl with a pair of loop handles, supported on a short splayed foot, covered overall in a thick glaze of olive-green color ending above the foot revealing the buff stoneware body the second, a rounded rectangular brush washer raised on four tall cabriole legs, applied with twin posts terminating in beast masks at the neck, molded to each main side with a four-petal flower, the base further decorated with a molded floral design, the unglazed interior, base, and legs have burnt orange in the firing.
Diameter of the first: 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm).
