Comprising 500 8 1868 Confederate Loan 11294 1790 receipt for 5 pounds 1783 bill for 12 pounds, 11 shillings and 7 pence for service in the continental Army and a Wells Fargo Co. 1868 gold exchange receipt.
Condition: Conferedate loan with crease lines and one ticket missing, some tears to the edges. Large hole to the center of the 1790 receipt. Wells Fargo receipt with some tearing to edges and darkening. 1783 bill with darkening and two fold lines.

Santas Workshop Model 1931

Lot# 112

Birch exterior the interior with painted wood elf figures working while Santa sits at a desk with a telephone the adjacent room as storage for various toys with five lengths of white picket fence. Built by Mr. Damon Hagemeyer for the Rust Nursery in South Pasadena, California in 1931. It was part of a Winter Christmas display which took up much of the street-level display-window in1931. It incorporates erector sets, hardware and hand made wooden construction pieces. The toys in the storage room were collected from the period around 1931 and before, and they are all authentic. The workshop has not been altered in any way. All the wooden fencing and logs for the building were split by hand. Originally all the power tools in Santas Work shop actually turned.
Approximate dimensions: 14 high x 28 1/4 wide x 15 inches deep..
Condition: The roof panels are separated and will need to be reattached one seems to be missing the burl bark veneer. Some exterior bark loss. The interior lights will need to be remounted. No apparent loss to figures, minor wear througout.
