19th Century Published Ifugao Sacrificial Punamhan Box
Circa 1840. The lid with a woven rattan handle embellished with vertebrae minimal remnants of previous offerings. Approximate dimensions: 5 1/2 high x 10 1/4 wide x 8 3/4 inches deep.. Published in The Last Filipino Headhunters by David Howard, page 54. Condition: Splits to either side. Significant patina.
Italian Marble Roman Style Torso After the Antique
Nude male torso wearing cape, mounted by a metal beam to a marble base. Approximate dimensions: 56 1/2 inches high.. Condition: Wear and loss, some chipping to the marble base.
With red velvet upholstered seats. Approximate dimensions: 20 high x 16 1/4 inches wide and deep.. Condition: Light wear overall. One with loose spandrel between the leg and frame.
The gilt painted frame with parcel ebonized, light blue, and dark blue decoration. Approximate dimensions: 57 high x 72 wide x 34 inches deep.. Condition: Some rubbing, loss, and patina to gilt and paint.
Each with pull-put shelf and three drawers. Approximate dimensions: 28 1/2 high x 21 1/4 wide x 12 1/2 inches deep.. Condition: Minor surface wear throuhgout.
19th Century French Louis XV Style Giltwood Upholstered Screen
With later paper panels, black on white bird motif. Approximate dimensions: Tallest panel 74 inches high, each panel 18 1/2 inches wide.. Condition: Some repair, touch ups, and rubbing to the giltwood. The panels with some marks.
