Circa 1900. The main concha inset with rounded rectangular turquoise. Leather belt fitted with one primary ovular turquoise inset concha, six slightly smaller ovular conchas and seven butterflies.All of the fittings with soldered belt slides. To the largest concha, Sterling in script between two capital letters D, one facing in the opposite direction, and both inset into rectangles. Approximate dimensions: the leather belt 49 inches long, the lead concha 1/2 inch high x 4 inches wide x 3 3/8 inches deep.. Condition: Overall condition is very good, with the leather belt showing some wear and creasing the concha and butterflies all with minor wear and scratching.
